2. Privacy by Design: SEOwer DOES NOT collect data

SEOwer Pro has been designed under the principle of "Privacy by Design" (Privacy by Design). This means that, by default, the Extension:

• DOES NOT collect personal data of the user.
• DOES NOT transmit information to external servers.
• DOES NOT use cookies for tracking or third-party purposes.
• DOES NOT perform profiling or advertising tracking.
• DOES NOT sell or share information with third parties.

All information processing (SEO audit of the visited page) is performed in the user's own browser. Configuration data (language, bar position, silenced mode) is stored only on the user's device using chrome.storage.local.

3. Data Processed by the Extension

SEOwer Pro exclusively processes public information from the web page the user is visiting at that moment, for the sole purpose of performing the SEO audit requested by the user. This public data includes, for example:

• Visible HTML code of the page (headings, meta tags, JSON-LD, image alt, etc.).
• URL and metadata of the visited URL itself.
• Page resources (images, stylesheets, scripts) for technical analysis.

These data are processed in real time in the browser and displayed to the user in the blue bar or in the control panel. They are not stored or sent to any server.

4. Website Data (this site)

This Website (agenciaseonetbulb.com/extension-seo-seower/) uses the following third-party services, which may process user's personal data according to their own policies:

• CookieYes: cookie consent management. More information.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): anonymized statistical analysis of visits. ID: G-NVTKPWZBFX. Activation subject to user consent.
• Hotjar: heat map and anonymous session recording. ID: 5067000. Activation subject to user consent.

These services are only loaded if the user accepts analytical cookies through the consent banner. Until then, no cookies are installed and no data is sent to these providers.

4.1. References to Third-Party Trademarks and Services

The Website and the Extension may show links or direct access to third-party services (Google Search Console™, Google PageSpeed Insights™, Google Docs™, LinkedIn™, etc.). These services are governed by the privacy policies of their respective owners, over which the SEOwer owner has no control.

The trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners. The inclusion of a link does not constitute sponsorship, endorsement or association. SEOwer is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Google LLC or any other mentioned brand.

5. Data Processors

• Google LLC (Google Analytics, Hotjar): data centers in the EU and USA, with GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
• CookieYes: consent management, in accordance with GDPR.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for data processing on this Website is the express consent of the user, granted through the cookie banner. For the SEOwer Pro Extension, no personal data is processed outside the user's device, so no additional legal basis is required.

7. Data Retention

Personal data processed through this Website (if any, for example, when sending a query) are kept as long as the relationship is maintained and, subsequently, for the applicable legal period. GA4 and Hotjar analytical data are kept for 14 months and pseudonymized after that period.

8. User Rights (GDPR)

The user may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions with legal effects. To do so, you can write to hola@agenciaseonetbulb.com attaching a copy of an identity document.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

9. Changes to This Policy

The owner reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments. In that case, the change will be announced on the main page of the Website and the "Last updated" date will be updated.

10. Compliance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy (Limited Use)

SEOwer Pro uses exclusively the native Chrome APIs (chrome.storage, chrome.tabs, chrome.runtime, chrome.i18n) and the data it processes are those described in section 3 of this policy. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, SEOwer Pro:

• Limits the use of data to the single declared purpose (local SEO audit of the visited page).
• Does not transfer user data to third parties, external servers, or advertising networks.
• Does not sell or share personal information with data brokers, ad platforms, or other intermediaries.
• Does not use the data to personalize advertising, determine creditworthiness, or for purposes other than the declared one.

11. Data from the Contact Form

When you use the contact form available on our website, we collect the following personal data:

• Name and surname
• Email address
• Reason for contact (selected from a dropdown)
• Message or inquiry you send us

What do we use this data for?

The data provided through the contact form is used exclusively to:

• Reply to your inquiry, suggestion or request
• Improve the SEOwer Pro extension based on received feedback
• Maintain a professional relationship with you if requested
• We do not sell or share this data with third parties under any circumstances

Express consent

By checking the acceptance box and submitting the form, you confirm that you have read and accept our Privacy Policy. This consent is specific, informed and unequivocal, in accordance with GDPR.

Data retention

Messages received through the contact form are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last communication, unless you request their early deletion by writing to hola@agenciaseonetbulb.com.
