The use of the Website or the Extension confers the condition of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice.

All content on the Website and the Extension, including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, as well as their graphic design and source code, are the property of Jorge Sánchez Mosquete (Netbulb) or of third parties who have transferred their rights, and are protected by national and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

The "SEOwer" trademark, the logo and any other distinctive sign displayed on the Website are registered trademarks or in the process of being registered. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the express authorization of the owner is prohibited.

4. SEOwer Pro Extension Regime

The SEOwer Pro Extension is distributed free of charge through the Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons and other official channels. The Extension is a technical SEO audit tool that analyzes the web page visited by the user in real time, using exclusively data publicly available on the page itself (HTML, meta tags, JSON-LD, headings, etc.).

The Extension does not collect, store, transmit or sell personal data of the user, browsing data, or private information of any kind. All processed information is stored locally on the user's device via chrome.storage.local.

4.1. Third-Party Trademarks and Referenced Services

The trademarks, trade names, logos and third-party services mentioned on the Website and in the Extension are the property of their respective owners. In particular:

• Google Docs™, Google Workspace™, Google Search Console™, Google PageSpeed Insights™, Google Chrome™, Android™, YouTube™ and other Google names and logos are registered trademarks of Google LLC.
• LinkedIn™ is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.
• All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The SEOwer Pro Extension is an independent tool. It is not affiliated, sponsored, endorsed or associated in any way with Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, LinkedIn Corporation, or any of the trademarks mentioned. References to their services are made exclusively for informational purposes and technical interoperability (e.g., opening Google Search Console or PageSpeed Insights for the audited URL), without implying any commercial relationship, partnership or endorsement by their owners.

Use of any third-party trademark on the Website or in the Extension is made in accordance with the Google Brand Guidelines and fair use principles. SEOwer does not use any third-party logo or trademark in a manner that suggests sponsorship or affiliation.

The add-on for Google Docs™ is distributed through the Google Workspace Marketplace and is subject to the Google Workspace Marketplace Service Terms in addition to the terms of this Legal Notice.

4.2. Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies Compliance

The Extension complies with the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies in their latest version. In particular:

• Single purpose: SEOwer has a single clear purpose: to audit the technical SEO and AI citability of the web pages visited by the user.
• Limited permissions: the permissions requested (activeTab, storage, tabs, <all_urls>) are the minimum necessary for the described functionality.
• No remote code: all code runs from the Extension's packaged files; no external code is loaded at runtime.
• Data transparency: the Extension does not sell, transmit, or use user data for advertising or tracking purposes.
• Accessible Privacy Policy: this Privacy Policy is linked both on the Website and in the Chrome Web Store listing.

5. Limitation of Liability

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or correct operation of the Website or the Extension, and shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• The impossibility of accessing the Website or using the Extension.
• Errors or omissions in the content, nor for decisions made based on the information offered by the Extension.
• Damage caused by third parties, viruses, malware or any other harmful technological element that may affect the user's equipment.
• Misuse of the Website, the Extension or its contents by users.

The recommendations of SEOwer Pro are informative and orientative in nature. The user is solely responsible for the decisions made based on these recommendations.
